POSITION SUMMARY
Provides support for our loan processing system. Performs variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures. Assembles and verifies loan documents for accuracy. Maintains and prepares files on each loan and ensures that information is complete and accurate. Scanning & tear down of closed mortgage files. Post-Closing of files including preparing tickets, tracking of documents, paid notes, etc. Key Responsibilities Prepare documents needed to close any type of mortgage (Secondary Market, Equilines, Construction and Lot Loans) and coordinate with title companies to send out mortgage packages Post Close various loans prepared by running tickets and payoffs, mail invoices, order checks, follow up tracking and upload for document storage Track recorded documents and final title policies Collect, file, and pay for HELP Affidavits through Robert Steele All other job duties as assigned

Requirements Minimum Qualifications Must have a high school diploma Preferred Qualifications Previous loan processing or closing with general knowledge of Government Loans Strong working knowledge of lending policies, procedures and documentation requirements Knowledge of Government Loans Skills Attention to detail Must possess good computer and time management skills Must have good communication skills and the ability to work with all personnel Must have strong attention to detail Has the ability to achieve profit, growth and customer service objectives within Bank Policy guidelines Work Environment Primarily office or branch-based environment with standard business hours. Occasional travel to other branch locations or community events may be required Daily extended use of banking software, secure digital platforms, and standard office equipment Repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 55 pounds as needed
