Job Description:
We are hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant at Spring Hill Apartments in Mooresville Indiana. This candidate must be detail oriented and a self-starter who enjoys working with the public. Additional qualifications include but are not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior experience with fair housing, leasing and /or HUD Section 8 Leasing, Real Page Onsite Software a plus. Compensation commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits including insurance plans, 401 K Program, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays and paid Birthday, plus paid vacation after six months of consecutive employment.

K Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, (associate degree or bachelor's Degree) a plus, but not required. Must be reliable and punctual.
