Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM

•5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch

Additional:

Occasional weekends may be required based on leasing needs

Opportunities:

Contract and Contract-to-Hire Responsibilities Conduct apartment tours and guide prospective residents through the leasing process

Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person leasing inquiries

Prepare lease agreements and process rental applications accurately

Maintain resident and prospect files with attention to detail

Provide exceptional customer service to support resident retention and lease renewals

Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to help achieve occupancy goals

Ensure model apartments and common areas are clean, organized, and tour-ready

Assist with community marketing initiatives, resident events, and outreach activities

Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient leasing experience Requirements 1-2+ years of apartment leasing, property relations, or customer service experience preferred

Sales and customer service experience required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (property management software experience preferred)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
