Full-time About Us Standard Enterprises has been providing quality housing and excellent customer service for decades. We are looking for a motivated and professional Leasing Agent to join our team in Crowley, LA . Position Overview The Leasing Agent serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a key role in presenting our community with professionalism and warmth. This position involves marketing, leasing, customer service, and administrative duties that contribute to the overall success of the property. Responsibilities Conduct telephone marketing to generate leads. Greet and qualify prospective tenants both in person and over the phone. Close leases and help meet occupancy goals. Conduct timely follow-up calls to potential renters. Complete all lease paperwork and documentation accurately. Process rental applications and maintain records. Accept and log resident work orders. Maintain accurate traffic and leasing reports. Assist the property management team as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications ️
IMPORTANT
DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE VEHICLE
Valid driver's license and access to a working automobile with current insurance (required for banking and errands). High School Diploma or GED. Computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. Ability to walk the property and climb stairs (minimum second floor). Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit, Eviction Law, and Fair Housing preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$14-$16 per hour (based on experience)
