Seeking a Full Time Leasing Agent for apartment Complex in Metairie/Kenner. Must be able to work every other Saturday.

Duties include:

Rent Collection, Marketing/Leasing, Oversee and manage small staff, make ready apartments, handle tenant issues, monthly reports, including every other Saturday. Experience required. Must be punctual and dependable. Direct and coordinates activities of maintenance staff engaged in repairing plumbing or electrical malfunctions, painting apartment or buildings and performing landscaping/gardening work, arranges for outside personnel to perform maintenance. Job requires a valid Driver's License in good standing and reliable transportation with insurance. Clean drug screen and background check are required. Bilingual a plus
