- Engage in hands-on training, role-playing, and demonstrations led by a seasoned agent to master industry best practices. Lead Development
- Utilize our robust lead generation system with real buyers and sellers, while actively applying our PLACE lead generation strategies weekly to enhance your own prospecting abilities. Hosting Open Houses
- Leverage your personable nature alongside our proven resources to conduct open houses that effectively draw in potential buyers and sellers. Effective Communication
- Apply tested relationship-building techniques to transform conversations into meaningful appointments and client connections. Script Practice
- Participate in weekly script rehearsals designed to create a supportive environment and sharpen your communication skills. Collaborative Team Environment
