• Market Rate Property Management Experience required.
• Sales and marketing.
• Excellent customer service skills to generate traffic and close leasing sales.
• Self-motivation required.
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as user experience of apartment management software desired (Yardi).

Schedule:

8a-5p or 9a-6p weekdays with Saturdays on rotation and a day off in the week when working Saturday.
