The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, willing to learn, a team player, with excellent people skills, and have a passion to succeed. Experience in leasing apartments, customer relations, and/or sales required. Hourly rate plus commissions! Assist the Managers in ensuring the success of our team, communities, and creating a place our Residents are proud to call home. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents, assist the managers with any tasks, create & maintain follow-up procedures, and promote community outreach programs. Show and Lease apartments, ensuring minimal occupancy loss. Assist with Resident concerns, Resident Retention programs, Lease Renewals, and other Resident related needs. Plan, coordinate, and attend Resident events. Prepare and maintain accurate necessary paperwork. Be a team player and assist with any of the property needs to the best of your ability. Weekends are a must with this position. A background check is required. Pay is based on experience level.
