Job Description
We are a new property management company in the Lake of the Ozarks looking for an experienced Missouri-licensed Real Estate Broker to assist with contract review and compliance oversight. This is a flexible, limited-hours position requiring approximately one day per week in our office. We are looking for someone who can review our agreements and documentation, answer contract and compliance questions, and help make sure our processes are set up correctly as we grow. Responsibilities Review property management agreements and owner contracts Review contracts and other real estate-related documents Ensure documentation and processes comply with Missouri requirements Provide guidance on contract and compliance questions Identify issues or changes needed in agreements Meet with management approximately once per week Help establish strong contract and compliance procedures for our new company Requirements Active Missouri Real Estate Broker License Experience with real estate contracts and compliance Strong knowledge of Missouri real estate regulations Property management experience preferred Short-term/vacation rental experience is a plus Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with ownership
