We are looking for a dependable, hardworking lawn care laborer to join our 2 to 3 person crew. This is a hands-on outdoor role focused primarily on mowing, trimming, edging, and basic landscaping — and in the winter months, leaf removal keeps the team busy year-round with no seasonal layoff.

What You'll Do:

Mow, trim, and edge residential and commercial properties Blow off driveways, sidewalks, and patios Assist with basic landscaping including mulching and pruning Perform leaf removal and cleanup during winter months Occasionally drive company trucks between job sites Operate and maintain equipment safely as part of a small crew

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and punctual — your crew counts on you Physically able to perform outdoor labor in all weather conditions Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Valid driver's license preferred for occasional truck driving Reliable transportation to report to work daily Prior lawn care or outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM Year-round stable employment — no winter layoff Competitive pay based on experience Room for advancement into crew lead or supervisory roles
