As a Showing Assistant, you'll schedule and lead property tours while ensuring every client enjoys a smooth, professional experience. Offer informed, attentive support to prospective buyers and make each showing efficient, well-organized, and tailored to their needs. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build hands-on real estate experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on exceptional client service. Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized property tours. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available listings, market trends, and neighborhood information. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for real estate agents. Provide feedback from showings to agents and clients to support the sales process. Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings, reporting any issues to the appropriate parties. Support the real estate team with administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth transactions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus Valid real estate license is required Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or administrative roles preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required to conduct property showings Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed Proficient in using smartphones, email, and real estate software or apps Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Knowledge of local real estate market and property types is advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment About-our-team Our Collective Philosophy We are redefining what success looks like in our industry.
