Bilingual Leasing Agent We are seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and experienced in affordable housing operations.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Previous Leasing Experience is required . Experience with Yardi, Knock, and RentCafe preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage leasing activities, resident relations, and resident inquiries Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process Process applications and maintain accurate resident records Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and property policies Assist with occupancy goals and resident retention efforts What You Bring Apartment leasing experience + strong closing skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Organized, customer-focused, and adaptable Weekend availability as needed Valid driver's license We offer a professional work environment and the opportunity to make a positive impact in our community.
