This is a part-time independent contractor position with potential for year-round hours. The role will primarily support our busy student housing leasing season, while also conducting showings across our broader portfolio of single-family, multi-family, and furnished rental properties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Respond to prospective tenant inquiries Schedule and conduct property showings Conduct group and back-to-back showings during peak leasing season Communicate with prospective tenants, students, parents, and guarantors Track showing activity and follow up with prospects Represent Park professionally and provide a friendly, helpful experience throughout the leasing process

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Friendly, personable, and professional communication style Organized and dependable Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule Reliable transportation Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends during peak leasing season Leasing, real estate, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

LOCATION

Chapel Hill & surrounding areas, including Chapel Hill, Durham, Pittsboro, and Mebane

SCHEDULE

Part-time, with heavier hours during peak student leasing season and potential for year-round opportunities.

COMPENSATION
