Duties Conduct vehicle and asset repossessions efficiently while maintaining professionalism and adherence to legal guidelines. Negotiate with clients, debtors, and stakeholders to arrange asset recovery terms that align with company policies. Manage all aspects of managing real estate transactions related to repossessed assets, including documentation and reporting. Build rapport with clients through effective communication, ensuring clarity throughout the repossession process. Utilize sales technology adoption tools and CRM systems to track repossession activities and customer interactions accurately. Analyze real estate market trends and industry updates to inform repossession strategies and improve operational effectiveness. Coordinate with legal teams, law enforcement, and other agencies as needed to ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and industry standards. Skills Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for all parties involved. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred to serve diverse client bases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and correspondence. Experience in sales technology adoption and managing real estate administrative processes effectively. Deep understanding of real estate market analysis, industry trends, and fair housing regulations. Proven ability in practicing real estate sales, managing residential transactions, and closing deals successfully. Customer service expertise with a talent for building client rapport and maintaining long-term relationships. Organizational skills complemented by administrative experience supporting real estate transactions and team management.
