This role focuses solely on residential leasing and does not participate in commercial leasing activity. The Leasing Consultant reports directly to the Assistant Manager and plays a key role in driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and brand reputation. Core Responsibilities Lead Management & Leasing Respond to phone, email, website, and walk-in leads promptly Schedule and conduct apartment/home tours Follow up consistently to convert prospects into approved applicants Guide prospects through application and lease signing process Resident Experience Deliver professional and welcoming first impressions Build rapport with prospects and residents Support resident retention through service-minded communication Occupancy Growth Meet leasing goals set by leadership Maintain daily traffic logs, follow-up notes, and conversion tracking Promote available inventory creatively and consistently Administrative Duties Maintain accurate guest cards and CRM notes Assist with lease files and move-in documentation Communicate unit availability and readiness to Assistant Manager Property Presentation Ensure model units, office, and tour paths remain clean and presentable Report curb appeal or readiness concerns immediately Qualifications 1-3 years sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong closing and communication skills Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor Organized and self-motivated Weekend availability if required Performance Expectations Lead response speed Tour-to-lease conversion rate Occupancy contribution Follow-up consistency Resident/prospect experience Professional Boundaries This role does not handle commercial leasing negotiations or commercial prospecting All commercial inquiries must be directed to the Assistant Manager or DOO Company Standard Every interaction reflects the company brand.
