Job Description

A premier, Class-A multi-family community in the greater Charlotte area is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. If you are passionate about sales, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and working in a dynamic environment, we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
Tour prospective residents through the community and guide them through the leasing and move-in process. Provide high-touch customer service to nurture positive resident relations and support lease renewals. Plan and assist with resident appreciation events, open houses, and local outreach marketing initiatives. Maintain current knowledge of community availability, pricing structures, and local submarket trends. Assist with administrative leasing tasks, file maintenance, and routine office operations.
Qualifications:
Prior residential leasing, hospitality, or direct sales experience preferred. Proficiency with standard office productivity software (familiarity with property management software such as OneSite, RealPage, or Yardi is a strong plus). Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized and able to balance multiple tasks effectively. Availability to work Saturdays with one weekday off . Must be able to pass standard pre-employment screening (background check and drug screen).
