Job description Real Estate Salesperson Property Management | Commission-Based Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Real Estate Salesperson to expand our property management portfolio and develop new client relationships. Real Estate Homes Sales potential available. The primary responsibility of this position is to identify, pursue, and close new property management business . The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who is comfortable prospecting, networking, conducting sales presentations, following up with prospective clients, and moving opportunities through the sales process. This is a commission-based position designed for an entrepreneurial professional who wants compensation directly tied to results. Key Responsibilities Generate new property management leads and business opportunities. Prospect property owners, real estate investors, developers, condominium associations, homeowners associations, and other potential management clients. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, insurance professionals, contractors, developers, and other referral partners. Conduct outbound prospecting through telephone, email, networking, social media, direct outreach, and in-person meetings. Attend networking events, industry functions, association meetings, and community events to develop new business. Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and present appropriate management services. Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales process. Negotiate and close new management agreements within company guidelines. Develop referral sources and strategic partnerships that generate recurring business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, follow-up activities, and closed business. Coordinate the transition of newly signed clients to the property management/operations team. Represent the company professionally and accurately communicate its services, capabilities, and value proposition. Primary Business Development Targets The Business Development Manager may pursue opportunities involving: Residential rental property management Single-family and multifamily investment properties Condominium association management Homeowners association management Developers and new communities Real estate investors and investment groups Property owners seeking leasing or management services Referral relationships with real estate and related professionals Qualifications Strong sales, business development, networking, or relationship-management skills. Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the company. Organized and disciplined with prospecting and follow-up. Comfortable with performance-based compensation and measurable sales expectations. Property management, real estate, HOA/condominium, insurance, financial services, or other business-to-business sales experience is preferred but not required. Real Estate License preferred Compensation This is a commission-based position with compensation tied directly to new business successfully brought to the company. Commission eligibility, calculation, payment timing, recurring commissions (if applicable), chargebacks, and other compensation terms will be established in a separate written compensation agreement. There is no predetermined cap on commission earnings , allowing successful candidates to increase their compensation based on the business they generate. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is not simply looking for a traditional salaried sales position. We are looking for someone who enjoys developing relationships, creating opportunities, and closing business. This position is well suited for an individual who has an established professional network or the ability to build one, is comfortable initiating conversations with prospective clients, and wants the opportunity to directly benefit from the growth they create.
