Job Description

Legal Assistant
  • Trust & Estate Join a fast-paced firm in Manchester, NH as a Legal Assistant in their trust and estates department! You'll support the team by managing calendars, assisting clients, and performing other administrative tasks. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and good proofreading skills are required for this full-time, direct-hire position role. Responsibilities of the Legal Assistant
  • Trust & Estate Follow up with clients on questions and documents Open and distribute mail and manage outgoing mail for the department Manage calendars for several attorneys eFile documents Proofread documents Maintain up-to-date client files and documents Perform other related tasks and projects, as required Qualifications of the Legal Assistant
  • Trust & Estate Associate or Bachelor's degree and/or at least 1 year of legal experience Proficient in MS Office Strong organizational skills Good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Please share your resume in confidence for this Legal Assistant opportunity offering $58K
