Job Description

Are you organized, professional, and ready to grow in the world of commercial real estate? We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Assistant to support a high successful Commercial Real Estate Broker at a boutique, fast-paced firm known for its energy, professionalism, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Enter and manage commercial listings across multiple industry platforms and MLS systems. Coordinate and communicate with clients, attorneys, title companies etc. Handle general administrative duties, phone calls, scheduling, correspondence. Run occasional errands and manage property signage and marketing materials. Provide high level support to ensure transactions move smoothly from listing to closing.

Requirements:

Active NJ Real Estate License. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient with computer systems and online listing platforms. Professional appearance and positive, proactive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
