Thursday & Saturday About the Opportunity Living Residential is seeking a motivated, personable, and sales-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Botanic in Carteret, NJ. The Leasing Consultant will play an important role in driving leasing performance while also helping maintain the overall resident experience and presentation of the community. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to new leads and inquiries through the property CRM Conduct consistent prospect follow-up and maintain an active leasing pipeline Schedule, confirm, and conduct property tours Follow up with prospective residents after tours and assist them throughout the leasing process Build rapport with prospects, identify their needs, and effectively communicate the value of the community Work toward leasing, occupancy, and conversion goals Maintain accurate prospect and leasing activity within the CRM Provide a professional and welcoming experience for prospective and current residents Assist with resident questions and day-to-day leasing office needs Maintain organization of the community package room and ensure packages are properly stored Complete daily walks of amenity spaces, common areas, elevators, trash chute areas, and the property's exterior Identify and report cleanliness, maintenance, or property concerns requiring attention Help ensure amenity spaces and common areas remain organized and presentation-ready Complete required daily reporting and communicate property updates to management Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to support the overall success of the community What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Outgoing, professional, and comfortable engaging with prospective residents Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to follow up and close Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, and standard office technology Previous leasing, property management, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience preferred Why Living Residential?
