If you thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments and love the energy of a lease-up, this is your moment. This isn't just another leasing role. You'll be on the ground floor of an exciting new acquisition, shaping the resident experience from day one while working alongside renovation and operations teams to bring a brand-new luxury community to life. Responsibilities Drive leasing activity and occupancy for a 240-unit garden apartment community Execute marketing and leasing strategies that hit revenue goals Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity Deliver an exceptional experience to every prospective and current resident Uphold Fair Housing compliance and company standards Skills 3+ years in a sales-focused property management or real estate role Hands-on experience with lease-ups or new acquisitions A self-motivated, results-driven approach to sales Sharp communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Comfort with property management software - Entrata experience HUGE plus.
