Holland & Knight's Real Estate practice is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience representing institutional lenders in sophisticated commercial real estate financing transactions involving a variety of asset classes.

Responsibilities include managing financing transactions from inception through closing; drafting and negotiating loan documents and related financing instruments; reviewing title, survey, zoning and other due diligence materials; and coordinating with clients, borrowers' counsel and other transaction participants. Experience with construction loans, syndicated and securitized loans, mezzanine financing, intercreditor and co-lender arrangements, and other complex capital structures is preferred. Experience with loan modifications, workouts or restructurings is a plus.
