Position:
Traveling Leasing Professional Location:
The Monastery (Corporate Office) - Cincinnati, OH, with travel to sites in
OH, KY, and IN Scheduled Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am to5pm (varies depending on traveling), occasional overnights are required for travel
Pay Rate:
$23/hour, plus commissions, bonuses, and mileage reimbursement averaging $10,000+ per year This is NOT a remote position. While it requires travel, you will be based in our corporate office in Cincinnati, OH.
Who You Are:
A minimum of 9 months of property management experience at a residential multifamily apartment community. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic and demanding environment. Proficient in relevant software applications such as Yardi and Rent Café. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to meet the demands of the role. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and active participation in networking opportunities. Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with auto-insurance for work-related travel. Willingness to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What You'll Do:
Fill in for absent Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers and Leasing Professionals. As a fill-in for
Managers:
direct and coordinate the community activities in accordance with instruction provided by the permanent manager; as a fill-in for
Leasing Professional:
show and lease apartments and support the manager with daily activities. Collaborate on special projects for various company departments, contributing your expertise and insight to drive successful outcomes. Frequent travel, sometimes overnight, to properties anywhere within our portfolio spanning Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. While the bulk of travel will likely be concentrated in Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton, flexibility is key to meeting the needs of our diverse communities.
