Property Overview:
Are you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service? We are looking for a motivated and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our multi-family property team. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you'll play a key role in creating a positive leasing experience and maintaining high occupancy.
Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the property Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person Promote the community through marketing and outreach efforts Process applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and lease terms Follow up with prospects and maintain strong communication throughout the leasing process Assist with resident retention and community events Work collaboratively with the property management and maintenance teams
Qualifications:
1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi and RentCafe) a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed Benefits Competitive hourly pay Medical benefits package with options Paid time off and holidays - The best PTO package in the industry!
