Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with potential home sellers within the community. Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs, goals, and preferences. Educate clients about the home selling process, including market trends, pricing strategies, and timelines. Evaluate properties and provide accurate assessments to determine fair market value. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies for marketing and selling properties. Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes. Coordinate and oversee the closing process, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the entire home selling journey. Stay informed about local real estate market trends, industry regulations, and best practices. Actively participate in networking events and community outreach initiatives to promote Richland Home Buyers' services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales, customer service, or related field. Strong understanding of the home buying process and real estate market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite). Licensed real estate agent or willingness to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.
