Full-Time | On-Site

$55,000

•60,000+ DOE A well-established Oklahoma law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support attorneys in its Trusts & Estates practice. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in downtown Oklahoma City for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with confidential client information and handling complex legal matters. Qualifications

Prior legal assistant or legal support experience, preferably within trusts & estates, estate planning, probate, or a related practice area

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Professional demeanor and excellent client-service skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and team members

High level of confidentiality and discretion

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and assist with estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and beneficiary designations

Assist with trust funding documents, deeds, and related real estate transfers

Support attorneys with probate and trust administration matters

Draft correspondence and communicate professionally with clients

Coordinate document signing and execution appointments

Gather, review, and organize financial, personal, business, and asset information from clients

Maintain accurate physical and electronic client files

Communicate with clients, financial institutions, accountants, advisors, and county offices as needed

Monitor deadlines and maintain attorney calendars

Assist with probate filings and other court-related documents

Track outstanding client information, signatures, and documents

Provide mid-to-high level administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
