Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic leasing agent to join our team at a large property in Bend! If you choose to live on-site, a rent credit can be taken as part of you compensation! For our Leasing Agent, we are looking for the following:
- Dependable Work Ethic
- Strong Phone Skills - In Person Visits
- Excellent Customer Service with effective Sales/Closing skills.
- Professional Presentation with Positive Attitude, promoting a positive community environment
- Conduct Daily Advertising
- Self Starter, who can prioritize tasks to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
- Must be able to take direction
- Ability to Multi Task and be a Team Player!
- Able to consistently implement policies of the community when needed.
- Experience in Basic Computer Skills including Word, Excel, etc.
- Readiness to do other Duties as Assigned.
