Job Description

Local property management company looking for someone with solid administrative experience as well as good written and oral communication skills. Looking for individuals who can work independently as well as in a team environment and prefer previous Leasing or sales experience.

  • Continuing Education Opportunities Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintenance and repairs coordination
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Leasing:
    Marketing, Showing units, Application processing, etc
  • Communicating with homeowners and tenants
  • Occasional Saturday office hours Skills as follows:
  • Prefer property management experience
  • Prefer knowledge of landlord tenant law and fair housing practices
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and/or Google Docs
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Self-motivated
  • Organized/ability to communicate clearly
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work in a supportive team effort: run occasional errands if needed, dive in and fill in gaps that might happen, flexibility with job tasks For consideration for this position, you must submit a resume AND a cover letter that explains why you think you are a good candidate for the open position.
