Responsibilities What You'll Do:

Execute lead generation activities consistently every week Conduct a minimum of 8 open houses monthly Make prospecting and lead follow up calls for 2 hours daily Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in daily script practice per team standards Participate in team activities & meetings Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, morning Power Ups, and a weekly Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, negotiating and other listing related services Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Qualifications Skills You Have:
