Current Opening:
Our Medford, OR office seeks an experienced and dedicated legal assitant . It's a highly responsible role and for the right person, a remarkable opportunity. You will be counted on and valued for commitment to our team.

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Primary work tasks include:
  • Calendaring management
  • Discovery processing
  • Legal proceedings preparation
  • Oral and written communication with attorneys, judicial staff and clients.
  • Preparing Court pleadings
  • Filing and service of Court pleadings
  • Notarial services
  • Tracking and entering billable time
  • Varied administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate would have the following skill sets:
  • 2 years experience in estate planning/probate and family law
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Natural talent for staying organized and productive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate what is needed and be proactive
  • Enthusiastic about teamwork; able to adapt & quick think, while remaining professional
  • Ability to maintain highest levels of confidentiality with client and firm information
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional attire and demeanor
