They fulfill a range of marketing functions by promoting commercial property listings, writing advertisements, and arranging viewings within a portfolio of rental properties.
We believe making friends and making money go hand in hand. Our team is young, competitive, and genuinely enjoys the work. We train hard, eat well, play golf, run Tough Mudders, and push each other to get better at the craft. We think the industry's old norms deserve to be broken, and we do it by marrying old-school relationship building with new-school technology. If you want a career where the money is serious, the learning never stops, and the people you work with become real friends, you will fit well here. Predict Industrial is expanding its brokerage team and seeking an Industrial Real Estate Agent to work with owners, operators, and investors on warehouse, industrial outdoor storage, truck terminals, and active railroad sites across Port Newark and New Jersey. This is a high-upside role for someone who understands that industrial real estate is a relationship business, and who wants to build a long-term career advising the people who move the economy.
WHO WE ARE
Predict Industrial (formerly Advance Industrial Group) is a hyper-specialized industrial real estate brokerage on a mission to optimize real estate for the world's backbone. We fuse predictive analytics with deep industry expertise to help industrial owners, users, and investors create and preserve generational wealth. Founded with roots in military service, public accounting, trucking, and blue-collar grit, we understand the challenges industrial owners and operators face because we have lived them. Our lane is narrow by design: warehouses, distribution, industrial outdoor storage, trailer parking and laydown yards, rail-served sites, and truck terminals. We concentrate on the Port Newark and New Jersey market, and we transact nationally when our clients need us to.
