Part-Time Join the Oak & Key Estate Sales Team Oak & Key Estate Sales is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and physically capable Estate Sales Crew Member to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position supporting our online estate sales operation . You'll help prepare homes and merchandise for online sales, organize and photograph inventory, assist with creating online listings, prepare sold items for customer pickup or delivery, and help complete property cleanouts once the sale is finished. No two projects are the same, and we're looking for someone who is willing to jump in wherever needed . What You'll Do Online Estate Sale Preparation Help prepare homes and merchandise for upcoming online estate sales Move and organize furniture, boxes, and household items Sort and categorize merchandise for online sale Clean, dust, and prepare items for sale Stage merchandise for photography and online presentation Assist with photographing items and capturing accurate item details Help organize inventory so items can be easily located throughout the online sale Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe Online Sale & Fulfillment Support Assist with preparing merchandise for online listings Help ensure merchandise is accurately organized and matched with online listings Assist with inventory tracking and updating item status Pull and organize items that have sold online Prepare sold merchandise for customer pickup, delivery, or shipment Assist customers during scheduled pickup periods Help customers locate and safely load purchased items Move furniture and merchandise as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pickup environment Assist the Estate Sales Team Lead throughout the online sale process Cleanout & Removal Help clean out homes before and after online estate sales Gather and remove trash, debris, and unwanted items Sort items designated for sale, donation, recycling, or disposal Move remaining furniture and household contents Load donations, trash, furniture, and other items into company vehicles Help return properties to a clean and organized condition What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Hardworking, dependable, and trustworthy Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ lbs Comfortable repeatedly lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, and pulling Comfortable going up and down stairs while carrying items Comfortable working in garages, basements, attics, and other varied environments Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to take direction and jump in wherever needed Organized and takes pride in doing quality work Detail-oriented and able to keep track of multiple items and inventory Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and basic technology Professional and respectful when working inside clients' homes Comfortable traveling to different estate sale locations throughout the Denver area Previous experience in estate sales, online marketplaces, e-commerce, moving, cleanouts, junk removal, warehouse work, construction, landscaping, or similar physical work is a plus, but not required.
