RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate commercial real estate sales, leasing, and investment transactions
Prospect for new business and develop strategic relationships
Build relationships with investors, developers, landlords, business owners, and municipalities
Analyze investment opportunities and prepare valuations
Conduct market research and property analysis
Negotiate contracts and assist with transaction management through closing
Market commercial listings and opportunities
Recruit, train, and mentor commercial real estate agents
Collaborate with residential agents to identify commercial opportunities
Represent EXIT Realty Edge at industry and networking events

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson or Broker
Commercial real estate experience required
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated professional
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Business development mindset
Team-oriented individual with leadership potential
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
