Working alongside an active acquisitions platform, HomeTrade Realty provides a consistent pipeline of off-market investment opportunities for investors, landlords, and cash buyers. Our team operates in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, market knowledge, and consistent execution drive results. The Role We are seeking a full-time Dispositions Agent to join our growing team and market investment properties to buyers throughout the Chicagoland area. You will work directly with investors, landlords, and cash buyers to market properties, manage buyer relationships, coordinate showings, negotiate offers, and help facilitate transactions through closing. This is a performance-driven 1099 sales role with uncapped earning potential, designed for motivated professionals who enjoy sales, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced investment environment. What You'll Be Doing Manage the disposition of 5-15 active investment properties at any given time Market investment opportunities to cash buyers, investors, and landlords Build, maintain, and grow a qualified private investor network Conduct property showings, investor walkthroughs, and scheduled access Analyze comparable sales, buyer demand, and pricing strategy to maximize value Follow up with buyers, solicit and negotiate offers, and facilitate transactions through closing Work closely with acquisitions, transaction coordinators, attorneys, and title company partners Track buyer activity, outreach, feedback, and transaction progress within our CRM What We're Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident working directly with investors, landlords, and buyers Organized and able to manage multiple active transactions simultaneously Competitive, motivated, and results-oriented Self-directed with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Illinois Real Estate License required prior to starting the role. Candidates who are not currently licensed but are willing to obtain an Illinois license are encouraged to apply. Sales, real estate, or investor-facing experience is preferred but not required Spanish fluency is a plus

Compensation Expected Earnings:

$75,000-$250,000+ annually based on production 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor Uncapped earning potential Commission paid on closed transactions Consistent company-provided pipeline of exclusive off-market investment opportunities What We Provide Company-generated investment opportunities and established buyer demand Robust CRM with integrated marketing, outreach, and deal tracking tools Proven disposition processes and ongoing coaching Transaction coordination and backend support Collaboration with acquisitions, transaction, legal, and closing teams Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage Why This Role This is not a traditional retail real estate position. You'll work directly with investors, landlords, and cash buyers while selling off-market investment properties throughout Chicagoland. Unlike a traditional retail real estate role where agents are responsible for generating their own listings, HomeTrade Realty provides a consistent pipeline of off-market investment properties for you to sell. The role is best suited for a motivated, self-directed professional who enjoys sales, building relationships, and having their income directly tied to performance.
