We are currently identifying prospective professionals for a comprehensive tuition sponsorship program. Selected candidates will receive fully funded enrollment in an accredited Ohio real estate pre-licensing curriculum, paired with structured mentorship designed to establish a solid foundation for entrepreneurial business growth. This program is intentionally structured to lower the financial barrier to entry, enabling you to focus entirely on learning the fundamentals of the industry from day one. What You Will Do (Post-Licensing) Upon successful completion of your licensing exam, your primary objectives will include: Formulating and executing localized client acquisition strategies and professional networking plans. Conducting property evaluations, comparative market analyses, and hosting client home tours. Drafting, presenting, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements while guiding clients securely through the transaction and escrow processes. Leveraging our proprietary digital client-relationship platform to optimize listings, automate marketing, and streamline your business pipeline. Requirements To qualify for this professional development opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background. Commitment to actively pursue and complete the Ohio Real Estate pre-licensing curriculum within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe. An entrepreneurial mindset, professional communication skills, and strong business acumen.
