About the Position We are looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable Leasing Agent to help market available rental properties, communicate with prospective tenants, conduct property showings, and assist with the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, is organized and responsive, and can confidently represent our properties and company in a professional manner. Responsibilities Respond promptly to rental inquiries from prospective tenants Schedule and conduct property showings Market available rental properties through online platforms and social media Follow up with prospective tenants and convert leads into qualified applicants Explain rental criteria, lease terms, and application requirements Assist prospective tenants throughout the application and leasing process Coordinate with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other real estate professionals Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, applications, and leases Help ensure properties are presented cleanly and professionally for showings Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process Stay knowledgeable about available properties, rental pricing, and local market conditions Follow all applicable fair housing laws and company policies Qualifications Previous leasing, property management, real estate, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent follow-up and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects at once Comfortable using email, smartphones, computers, and online listing platforms Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Texas real estate license is a plus, but not required [if applicable] What We're Looking For We want someone who is: Friendly and personable Reliable and self-motivated Responsive and organized Comfortable with sales and follow-up Professional with clients and tenants Able to work independently Focused on providing a great customer experience How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief description of your experience and why you would be a good fit for the position.
