Responsibilities Manage and organize all administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, including preparing contracts, listing agreements, and closing documents. Assist agents with property marketing strategies, including creating promotional materials and utilizing sales technology tools to reach prospective clients effectively. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings while ensuring all scheduling aligns with team objectives. Support negotiation processes by preparing offers, counteroffers, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends, local market conditions, and competitive listings to advise clients accurately. Maintain detailed records of transactions, client interactions, and compliance documentation to ensure smooth deal closing processes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally while fostering positive relationships. Assist managing real estate teams by organizing workflows, tracking leads, and supporting team communication efforts across multilingual or bilingual audiences. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued—to serve diverse client bases effectively. Proven experience in real estate administrative functions coupled with knowledge of real estate law and property management practices. Proficiency in sales technology adoption tools such as CRM systems, marketing platforms, and deal management software. Deep understanding of the real estate market analysis process and industry trends to support strategic decision-making. Skilled negotiator capable of facilitating offer negotiations and deal closing while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for practicing real estate ethically and responsibly. Familiarity with managing real estate teams or supporting multiple agents through administrative coordination. This role is paid hourly and maybe more like 20-30 hours per week and it does include potential quarterly bonuses, it is a W-9 position and not a W2— offering a rewarding opportunity for motivated professionals eager to grow their career in the vibrant world of real estate!
