Responsibilities:

Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions throughout Bothell and the Eastside Prospect consistently to build a strong and sustainable client pipeline Conduct comparative market analysis to determine accurate property values Market homes using MLS, digital marketing, open houses, and social media strategies Negotiate purchase agreements, inspection responses, and closing terms with professionalism Deliver a client experience that generates referrals and repeat business Stay informed on local market trends, pricing shifts, and inventory across Snohomish and King County Collaborate with leadership and peers to elevate performance and production
