Sterling & Associates Real Estate Elgin, Texas | Serving Bastrop County & Central Texas Sterling & Associates Real Estate is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our brokerage serving Bastrop County and the surrounding Central Texas communities. We are a locally respected, family-oriented brokerage built on integrity, professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for our clients and community. We are seeking someone who values relationships over transactions, takes pride in serving others well, and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where professionalism and kindness matter. This is a full-time opportunity for an agent who is self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and excited to grow their business while contributing positively to our office culture and reputation in the community. This position is commission-based and operates under independent contractor (1099) status.
