PART-TIME REAL ESTATE AGENT

•RENTAL CLIENTS Bedford / Hurst / Euless / Tarrant County Already have your Texas real estate license, but your sales business is not producing consistent income yet? This may be worth a conversation. Local Realty Agency Mid-Cities is looking for licensed real estate agents who want to work rental clients part time while continuing to build their real estate business. This is not a typical "join our brokerage and go find your own leads" opportunity. We use a Renters to Clients model.

The idea is simple:

Help people find apartments and rental homes today. Get paid from rental transactions. Build relationships with people who may become buyers, sellers, and referral sources later. Instead of waiting months for your next sales closing, you can create activity and income while building a future client database.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Respond to renter leads Speak with prospective renters by phone and text Help clients compare rental options Schedule and follow up with prospects Assist rental clients through the process Stay in touch with renters after they move Learn how to turn today's renter into tomorrow's real estate client

WHO THIS IS FOR

You may be a good fit if: You currently hold an active Texas real estate license You want part-time real estate income Your current business is slower than you would like You are comfortable talking with people You follow up instead of waiting for clients to chase you You are coachable You want to build an actual client base, not just complete transactions

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

This probably will not work if you are looking for passive leads, dislike following up, or expect someone else to build your business for you. We provide the system and coaching. You still have to do the work.

COMPENSATION

Commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is earned from completed rental and real estate transactions and varies based on the transaction.

SCHEDULE

Part time and flexible. This can work around another job or your existing real estate business, but clients will expect reasonable response times and follow-up.
