Job Description

Part-Time Real Estate Agent Recruiter Blue Island Homes is an award-winning boutique real estate brokerage with offices on both the North Shore and South Shore of Long Island. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an energetic and personable recruiter to help us attract experienced and motivated real estate agents, with a particular focus on expanding our new Greenvale office. The recruiter will identify prospective agents, conduct outreach, qualify interested interest and schedule conversations with the company's owners. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the telephone, highly organized and comfortable building relationships with real estate professionals. Responsibilities Identify and research prospective real estate agents throughout Long Island Conduct consistent outreach by telephone, calls, texts, email, social media and professional networking Introduce candidates to Blue Island Homes and communicate the advantages of joining our growing company Qualify interested agents based on experience, production, market knowledge and career goals Schedule qualified candidates to meet with the company's owners Maintain organized records of outreach, conversations and follow-up Develop relationships with agents who may be considering a future brokerage change Assist with recruiting events and other agent-growth initiatives when needed Qualifications Previous recruiting, sales, business development or appointment-setting experience Real estate industry or commission-based recruiting experience strongly preferred Confident and professional telephone presence Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills Comfortable conducting outbound calls and initiating conversations Self-motivated, dependable and able to work independently Familiarity with CRM systems, professional networking platforms and online research tools Knowledge of Long Island communities and the local real estate market is a plus This is a part-time hybrid position offering approximately 15 to 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling, competitive hourly compensation, and financially rewarding performance bonuses. Some in-person meetings and office time will be required at our Greenvale and Bellmore locations, while most recruiting outreach may be completed remotely. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
