RESPONSIBILITIES

Process foreclosure cases from referral through sale.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have the ability to multitask and be detail oriented
• Must be able to manage time effectively with the knowledge of approaching deadlines
• Professional verbal and written business communication skills are essential
• Requires general computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Internet, and general office skills such as the ability to scan, copy and fax. DUTIES
• Acknowledge and open referral sent by clients
• Enter all loan information into Veritas
• Order Title
• Obtain and upload all necessary documents for attorney review of Fair Debt Letter/Breach and Publication of Sale
• Set up Mortgage Assignment if needed
• Send Fair Debt letter
• Send Post Referral Solicitation Letter when applicable
• Prepare Publication of Sale
• Receive and review title, request and process title updates
• Answer borrower, third party and client phone calls and emails
• Provide reinstatement, payoff and fees and costs quotes to borrowers, their representatives and clients
• Send pub mailings
• Order VA Appraisals if applicable
• Prepare and send IRS or US Attorney lien notices when applicable
• Request and enter bidding instructions
• Complete certifications for sale, Prepare sale packages, Confirm all sales the day of sale
• Adjourn sales when necessary
• Provide sales results to clients
• Respond to intercoms or messages within client systems and update as necessary
• Prepare mailing packages for all funds received
• Other responsibilities including special projects as assigned
• Request and follow up for additional fee approval as needed
• Process bankruptcy notifications when received
