We are looking for someone who already has property management experience , understands the demands of managing residential rental properties, and is motivated to grow their own portfolio with the support of an established property management company. What You'll Do As a Property Management Broker with Beacon, you will manage and grow a portfolio of residential rental properties, including: Building relationships with property owners and investors Managing tenant communication and resolving issues Coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors Managing leasing, renewals, move-ins and move-outs Conducting and coordinating property inspections Working within AppFolio and our established property management systems Helping owners protect their investments and maximize the performance of their properties Developing new business through Beacon leads, referrals, networking and your own relationships Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Must have an active Colorado Real Estate License Must be willing to transfer their license to Beacon Has previous residential property management experience Is passionate about building a long-term career and income stream in property management Is motivated to build and grow their own portfolio Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Has excellent communication and customer service skills Is professional, dependable and responsive Is comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team Is comfortable with technology and property management software Lives in or near the Denver metro area and can travel to properties as needed Why Beacon? Approximately 80% of our onboarding and training can be completed virtually. We want someone who sees property management as more than just another part of real estate.
