We work primarily with residential buyers and sellers (including many first-time home buyers), and we're building a team of motivated agents who want strong support, clear expectations, and room to grow.

Job Type Full-time or part-time (flexible) Commission-based Compensation Commission-based earnings Estimated annual range: $1.00-$175,000+ (based on performance) What You'll Do Work with buyers and sellers; guide clients from consultation to closing Follow up with leads quickly and consistently (calls, texts, email) Schedule and host showings; attend inspections and walkthroughs as needed Prepare and present offers; negotiate on behalf of clients Coordinate transaction steps from contract to closing Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in a CRM/system Build your personal brand locally and online What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (phone, text, email, in-person) Disciplined mindset; consistent follow-up habits Confidence and professionalism with clients Self-motivated; able to manage your schedule Coachable attitude and willingness to learn Education Requirement High school or college diploma required Licensing Options (We Welcome Both)

Already Licensed / ExperiencedYou should have: Active real estate license in Tennessee (TN) and/or Virginia (VA) (or ability to transfer) Experience working with clients, contracts, and negotiations (preferred)
