Job Description

What You'll Do:
Assist buyers and sellers through the full real estate transaction process Prospect for new clients and build a strong, sustainable pipeline Conduct property tours, open houses, and listing appointments Prepare comparative market analyses and pricing strategies Negotiate offers and manage contracts from start to close Deliver a high level of client service to drive referrals and repeat business
Qualifications:
Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred. Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
This is a full commission-based position with limitless earning potential. About KW Westfield The KW Westfield office which is the biggest and most successful brokerage in Utah.
