Keller Williams Greater Cleveland Northeast is offering a specialized tuition scholarship program designed for individuals seeking to become a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio. Operating out of our Wickliffe location, this program removes the upfront educational cost of entering the real estate industry by fully sponsoring your required pre-licensing coursework and mentorship track. Selected recipients receive 100% covered tuition at an accredited Ohio real estate school, state exam preparation modules, and direct access to active agents and brokerage resources while completing coursework. What You Will Do (Post-Licensing) Build and execute localized networking strategies to secure home buyers and seller clients. Conduct property walkthroughs, complete market analyses, and host open houses. Draft, present, and negotiate real estate purchase agreements while guiding clients through closing. Leverage proprietary cloud-based systems and marketing platforms to manage your client database and sales pipeline. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. Dedication to completing the required pre-licensing educational curriculum in a timely manner. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a business-owner mindset.
