This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed real estate agent—or someone currently attending real estate school—who wants hands-on experience, professional development, and an opportunity to help build and grow a thriving real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, comfortable working with agents and clients, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting important deadlines. Roles and Responsibilities Provide direct day-to-day support to the Managing Broker. Review transaction files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Ensure all required contracts, disclosures, addenda, signatures, and supporting documents are received and properly filed. Audit active, pending, and closed transaction files. Identify missing, incomplete, or expired documents and follow up with agents. Monitor important contract dates, contingency deadlines, closing dates, and compliance requirements. Assist with transaction coordination from contract acceptance through closing. Maintain organized digital and physical brokerage records. Help ensure agents follow company policies, procedures, and real estate regulations. Support onboarding and orientation for newly recruited agents. Assist agents with brokerage systems, forms, file submission procedures, and general questions. Help maintain agent records, license information, training documentation, and compliance files. Assist with scheduling broker meetings, training sessions, events, and appointments. Communicate professionally with agents, clients, title companies, lenders, vendors, and other real estate professionals. Help prepare reports, checklists, presentations, correspondence, and training materials. Assist with recruiting, marketing, and brokerage growth initiatives. Help implement systems and procedures that improve the brokerage's efficiency and organization. Maintain confidentiality regarding clients, agents, transactions, and company information. Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the Managing Broker. Qualifications Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in an approved real estate licensing program. Previous real estate, transaction coordination, compliance, administrative, or office management experience is preferred. Knowledge of real estate contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities. Professional, dependable, resourceful, and willing to take initiative. Comfortable using email, electronic signatures, cloud-based storage, CRM platforms, and standard office software. Must be able to work independently while also supporting a growing team.
