We are seeking a licensed New York Real Estate Broker to serve as our Representative Broker and help establish the foundation of our brokerage operations. This is a startup leadership opportunity for an entrepreneurial broker who wants to play a direct role in building and scaling a property management business from the ground up. This role offers a commission-based structure combined with 10% of company net revenue, providing direct participation in the company's growth and success. Responsibilities Serve as the licensed Representative Broker for North Mills Property Group Supervise all brokerage activities in compliance with New York State Department of State regulations Oversee leasing, tenant placement, rental listings, and lease execution Ensure all property management and leasing operations remain legally compliant Provide guidance on operational structure, leasing procedures, and brokerage best practices Support strategic growth of the company's property management portfolio Assist in establishing internal policies, compliance systems, and workflows Collaborate with ownership on business development and client acquisition strategies Qualifications Active New York State Real Estate Broker License (Required) Strong knowledge of New York real estate law and property management practices Experience in residential leasing, brokerage, or property management preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in startup growth and business building Ability to operate in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment Compensation Commission-based compensation during startup phase 10% of company net revenue Potential for long-term leadership role within the organization Additional performance incentives may be considered as portfolio grows Why Join North Mills Property Group?
