Job Description
Real estate license required. High volume listing experience required. This is not a role you can learn on the job. You've probably already heard of us. Our brand is seen and heard by just about everyone, and the demand it creates is relentless. Our top listing agents are running at a pace most agents cannot imagine. They need one person who can run the entire business alongside them. That is this role. Who this is for You have worked for a high volume listing agent, or you have personally handled a high volume of listings yourself. You know what 40, 60, 80 active listings feels like. You didn't just survive it. You liked it. You are a hustler. You move fast. You push hard. You do not wait for someone to tell you what needs to happen next because you already know. You are highly social with a massive battery. You can be coordinating inspectors, lenders, title, movers, handymen, contractors, photographers, buyer agents, brokers, and insurance agents inside the same hour, and still have energy left for the seller who needs a phone call at 5pm. You are a strong negotiator. Buyer agents will push. You push back. You know when to hold the line and when to protect the deal. You fight for the seller without blowing up the transaction. You are wildly organized. Nothing falls through the cracks when you are running the file. Deadlines, documents, showings, feedback, follow ups. All handled. All visible. Nothing forgotten. You are a problem solver. When a title issue pops up or an appraisal comes in low or a seller goes quiet, your brain goes straight to the solution. You have seen most of it before and you know exactly who to call. You are comfortable in chaos. Fast pace does not stress you out. It energizes you. You would rather have 15 things moving at once than sit still. You are a leader. You can walk into a house with a homeowner and take control of the meeting. You can tell a contractor what needs to happen and by when. You can coordinate five vendors and keep every one of them accountable. You are willing to be in the field. This is not a desk role. You will go on appointments. You will meet people at the property. You will show up in person when the moment calls for it. And you can run the business. Not assist the business. Run it. Your listing agent should be able to hand you the reins on 90% of what happens day to day and know it will get done at a higher level than they could do it themselves. What you'll do Work directly alongside one of our high volume listing agents and essentially run their business. Manage the entire pipeline of active listings. Coordinate every vendor and party on every transaction. Communicate with homeowners with warmth, clarity, and confidence. Attend appointments in the field. Handle the negotiations that come up along the way with buyer agents, inspectors, and everyone in between. Solve problems before they become problems. Push every deal forward every single day. Your listing agent focuses on going on new listing appointments and building relationships. You focus on everything else. Together you become one of the most productive listing operations in the market. Our
