IN-HOUSE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
RockOne Realty | Amarillo, Texas RockOne Realty is looking for a full-time, salaried Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This is an
IN-HOUSE
position — not remote. We're looking for someone who likes organization, deadlines, checklists, communication, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
THE POSITION
Transaction Coordinator Full-time, salaried position Monday-Friday In-office at RockOne Realty Active Texas Real Estate License
REQUIRED WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll help manage our real estate transactions from contract to close, working alongside our agents, clients, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other parties to keep transactions moving.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare offers, amendments, addenda, notices, and other transaction documents at the direction of the agent Review executed contracts and transaction documents Track contract dates, deadlines, option periods, financing deadlines, and closing dates Maintain complete and compliant transaction files Coordinate with agents, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other vendors Follow up on outstanding documents and signatures Keep agents informed of upcoming deadlines and transaction issues Assist with transaction paperwork throughout the contract process Help ensure brokerage files meet Texas and RockOne compliance requirements Maintain organized digital records Problem-solve when transactions hit bumps in the road Help create a smooth experience for agents and their clients from contract to closing
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You may be a great fit if you: Hold an active Texas real estate license Are extremely organized Pay attention to details other people miss Can manage multiple transactions and deadlines at once Communicate clearly and professionally Are comfortable following systems, procedures, and checklists Aren't afraid to follow up with people Can recognize when something doesn't look right and ask questions Stay calm when a transaction gets complicated Work well as part of a team Understand that real estate contracts require accuracy and urgency Transaction coordination or real estate experience is strongly preferred.
